This was by far one of my favorite shoots so far. When Kristian called me about a month ago with his plan I kept telling him what a great boyfriend he was for the way he was orchestrating every detail. It is every girl’s dream to have this moment photographed, and every photographer’s dream to get to photograph it! I was on the dock doing a mock photo session when they arrived, fending eager bird feeders off the dock while I was waiting for them to show up. Once they started making there way towards me I simply turned my camera and watched the picture perfect scene unfold before my eyes.
His dedication to wooing her with the perfect setting, and his thoughtful decision to have their families come in town to surprise her at an open-only-for-them restaurant afterward are such sweet indicators of how much he adores this girl. I have no doubt a lifetime of happy days are ahead of them!
