I read today that Psychologist Virginia Satir said “We need 4 hugs a day for survival, 8 hugs a day for maintenance, and 12 hugs a day for growth.”
When I was finishing up this session today I thought about that, because if I see anything in each image below, it is so. much. love. I fell in love with them just being in their proximity, and getting to hone in on their adoration of one another made me remember with fondness the days of being clobbered by babies every minute, everyone getting their fill of affection.
Their playfulness was such a joy to capture, making this one of my favorite At Home Sessions to date. Here’s a glimpse into the joyful, warm, and laid back Williams family.
